Santiago is 21, full of life and LOVES people. He doesn’t speak or walk or even crawl BUT! He rides a “pedaless trike” , scoots and gets around the house . He is very health, thank God,

His favorite things to do are medium legos, drawing with pens (no crayons! those are for babies you know…) digging through his toys and putting them in his little bags and suitcases and his most favorite thing in the world is playing “bean bags” with his papi. He loves being outside exploring in our yard with his trike. He loves to collect rocks and pull flowers and plants and give them to me as gifts or put them in his trunk! His favorite foods are mixiotes (a Mexican / Oaxaca dish), ribs, rice chex cereal dry, watermelon, mangos and coke. He doesn’t like stuffed animals or any kind of desserts. He LOVES new clothes! He loves to be in his wheelchair and he LOVES me to take him on walks in his Special Tomato stroller. He loves horses and dogs and kitties and ducks. He loves books and loves to rip paper. But most of all, he just like to snuggle and cuddle with mommy and daddy and would be content to just do that all day. He loves it when we have company and loves going to the barber shop. He just loves life. Like I said, he can’t speak, but that doesn’t stop him from communicating, letting his feelings be known or letting people know he loves them.
